Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is a universal healing tool that can help physical, emotional, and performance issues. It is a simple form of psychological acupressure that is used for meridian balancing.  Developed twenty years ago by Gary Craig, it has suddenly gained dramatic popularity in the public.
